1/2 Day and Multi-day Trips: All of our trips are booked on a first come, first served basis and are subject to prior/post bookings. Unless you have called, reserved them, and followed up with a deposit they may be gone. Multi-day trips can be scheduled for groups of 1 to 5 persons in size. If you are a single traveler, couple or pair, please ask about joining one of our existing trips we can let you know what is available and put you on a list to inform you on availabilities.
Payment: A deposit of 50% of the trip cost is required in order to confirm a booking for a multi-day trip. Once confirmed you are responsible for the entire full balance even if you do not participate in the trip for any reason. This deposit is due within 15 days of reserving space on any trip. Payment can be made by check or wire-transfer. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and that the purchase of trip insurance is strongly recommended. Payment in full is due no later than 90 days prior to the start date of your adventure or May 1st whichever comes first, even if you are unable to participate for any reason. All reservations made within 90 days of departure require that payment be made in full at the time of booking. "Special offers" must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made, and cannot be applied to trips already under contract. If for any reason payment has not been made in full 30 days prior to the trip start date, participation on the trip will not be allowed and no monies will be refunded. For any day or multi-day trip, if you are unable to participate for any reason you may transfer your interest to someone else who is able to participate, while we may be able to help fill the space for you, do not assume that we will. The purchase of trip insurance is strongly recommended. In the event that you cancel or fail to participate in the trip, all monies received are not refundable. Receipt of any part of deposit by Goldstream Husky means you agree to these terms and conditions.
Please note: Any processing and confirmation of bookings can take 2-5 or more business days.

When necessary for the safety or comfort of our guests, Goldstream Husky has the right to cancel or make reasonable schedule changes of all or a portion of your trip. Although, Goldstream Husky is working hard to ensure the greatest comfort and safety possible for their guests, there are significant elements of risks. Dogsled tours, and all of outdoor adventures available for booking are physically demanding expedition character trips in the remote Alaskan Wilderness that may require active physical participation from its participants! In addition, some personal expectations, certain amenities, and specific individual or other needs may not be practical to be met and, or realizable in this special nature of trip and the environment it takes place. While we make every attempt to have all the items we promise for any particular trip, due to operations and the logistics of operating in remote areas of Alaska some services may be subject to change without notice. Such changes can further be due to reasons related, but are not limited to operations and logistics in remote areas of Alaska, unpredictable weather and events, physical and/or mental condition of participants, safety, transportation, and equipment failure. Please be aware that you must read, complete, and agree by signature with all documents supplied. Such documents may include but are not limited to tour descriptions, terms and conditions, and acknowledgement of risk form. It is the participant’s responsibility to read, understand, agree, and/or be aware of the risks, terms & conditions, and any other company policies presented online, electronically, by phone, in person, and/or within any other documents supplied by Goldstream Husky. If you have difficulties understanding or reading the English language, be aware that by receipt of any of your deposit payment and/or signing this document you agree to our terms and conditions. Consequently, you are also responsible for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of this document and cannot hold us liable. Further, all participants must comply with instructions by the guide or other representatives, all company policies, and land use permitting regulations that your tour is bound by. Failure to comply with any of the terms as outlined above and all other sources described will result in denial of participation at any time before, and/or during the tour. Again, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
Insurance: Goldstream Husky strongly recommends that all guests purchase trip cancellation insurance, trip interruption insurance, medical insurance, and emergency evacuation insurance. These insurance types safeguard against unforeseen mishaps that can occur before or during your adventure. OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE ABSOLUTE. IF YOU INJURE YOURSELF BEFORE YOUR TRIP OR HAVE OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH CAUSE YOU TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP, YOUR TOUR WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BEYOND THE TERMS OF THE ABOVE POLICIES. Depending upon the carrier and the policy, the cost of insurance is usually only a fraction of the overall tour price and could reimburse the entire cost of your trip in the event of cancellation. Contact your travel agent for assistance in acquiring insurance. If you are traveling from another country be sure your policies cover you while you are in the United States.
